MFOPD signs an agreement with the Serbian Maltese Information Center

December 17, 2017

MFOPD and MASE President Marthese Mugliette signed a memorandum of understanding with the Serbian Maltese Information Center represented by Boban Jovanovic and witnessed by a special envoy from the East West Bridge Foundation and Think Tank and the Trilateral Commission, Mr. Jovan Kovacic, who flew to Malta specifically to oversee and lend the organisations' support to this singular agreement.
By means of this MOU, all Serbian nationals residing in Malta will receive assisted employment services by our Supported Employment Program which is offered jointly with The President's Trust under the auspices of H.E. The President of Malta. Furthermore, both parties agreed to work in the same Pieta premises in harmony so as to initiate both joint and individual programs and services to the community at large.
The day after, both organisations and Mr. Jovan Kovacic had a long and very fruitful meeting with H.E. The President of Malta in which the relations between our two countries were discussed at length. Other meetings with high government officials and other NGOs were held both in Malta and in Gozo.
